    STEP 1

When our search is complete, we will present you with a comprehensive property portfolio that leaves no stone unturned within your search area.

    Research and Negotiate

    Before you set your heart on somewhere, we make sure to conduct extensive research on your favourite properties and their vendors to avoid any nasty surprises. Once we are confident that we have all the necessary information, we can begin to negotiate on your behalf and secure a deal at a great rate.

    STEP 4

    Support

    We will liaise with you throughout the entire process. It is important to us that you understand exactly what is going on at every stage. Once we receive an accepted offer, we will continue to deal with every aspect of your purchase. We will talk directly to our pre-approved surveyors, talk to the neighbours, confer with your solicitor and much more.
